Celebration of Life Menus

Our Celebration of Life menus provide you with stand up reception style buffet items that are appropriate for the event. We cater to churches,homes, halls or other facilities where you want to have a gathering. Call Brenda 778-988-9440. Please click on the contact form

Assorted Platters~ platters must be ordered for a minimum of 10 people.
Assortment of Imported and Domestic Cheese served with artisan crackers
Fresh Seasonal Fruit Tray
Fresh Vegetable Tray with homemade creamy herb dip

Deli Meat Platters, with sliced turkey, ham, roast beef and salami.
Fresh Whole Wheat and Sesame White Sandwiches: roast beef with cheddar cheese and caramelized onions, black forest ham and Swiss cheese with grain mustard spread, turkey with brie, pears and cranberry spread.
All Sandwiches are cut into quarters.

Spinach and Sun dried Tomato Wraps: grilled chicken breast with basil mayo, grilled vegetables with fresh mozzarella and pesto, tuna with diced apples, and fresh crisp lettuces.
All Wraps are cut into half.

Artisan Style Baguette Cocktail Sandwiches: served open-faced and topped with tuna salad with apples and walnuts, lightly spiced egg salad with chopped green onions, diced chicken and fennel salad
All are served on sliced baquettes

Desserts Platters: An assortment of desserts, may include: cookies, lemon tarts, butter tarts, almond tarts, Nanaimo bars, chocolate brownies and fruit bars.

Antipasto Platter: grilled vegetables, olives, mortadella, salami, prosciutto and fresh mozzarella cheese and served with focaccia bread

Sushi: Ebi, Tamago, Tobiko, Masago, Hokkegai Maki: California, Salmon, Cucumber, Spicy Tuna with soya sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi

All Packages come with disposable small plates, coffee cups and paper napkins. If you require china plates, linen napkins and coffee mugs we can provide this for you at a cost per person. Extra linen and staff can be provided at a cost per person.

Delivery fees are charged for drop off and pick up please ask at time of booking.5% GST is applied on all orders. 15% gratuity is charged on food and beverage where staff are working events.
