Things to Know

Order Time Lines:

All orders require a 24 hour advanced noticed, this will allow us to provide you with the best quality, service and delivery to help make your event successful.

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required (Monday-Friday) for the cancellation of fresh fruit options.

Delivery Charges, Taxes and Service Charges:

A delivery charge of $12.00 will be applied to each order, 5% GST will be applied to the total invoice and a 12%-15% service charge. Prices are subject to change without notice; we will try our best to keep our prices in line with today’s economy.

Plates, Napkins, Coffee Cups, Glasses and Cutlery:

We will be supplying eco friendly products at a charge of $2.95 per person that will be earth friendly. If you have your own supply of plates, napkins, coffee cups, glasses and cutlery and do not require this service then please inform us at time of ordering.

Staff Requirements:

We will be happy to supply you with one or as many staff you need for your event at the temporary staffing rate applicable at the time of ordering please inform us of this requirement when placing your order. We are happy to offer the following: servers, cooks, bartenders, setup and take down staff.

Flowers Arrangements:

Let us provide your centrepieces for your event we will be happy to work with a  florist to create your arrangements for small events or we can make recommendations  for any large event order.

Alcoholic Beverages:

While we are happy to provide you with this service please note that special permits, bartender charges and serving –it- right certifications are required in order to provide  this service. All guidelines are to be followed as set out by the Liquor Laws and Governing Act of the Province of British Columbia.
