Best Non-Alcoholic Party Drinks!

santa clausTo plan a safe and happy start to a New Year is make sure that you offer your guests some non-alcoholic drinks for celebrating over the holiday season. With the new drinking driving laws in British Columbia it is important to remember that it is your responsibility to not over-serve your guests and monitor their alcohol consumption while at your party. There are a few things that you can do as the host or hostess of the party to ensure that everyone has a wonderful time and everyone is able to get home safely. Please remember to read the prior blog submission about don’t run the risk of drinking & driving, plan an in-home party this will provide you with some other points to remember. We have listed some of our favourite non-alcoholic drink suggestions and having some of these available when guests arrive and during the evening will be a good start at ensuring that the festivities are celebrated in a safe and responsible way! Celebration! Mocktail Recipe


  • 1/4 cup mango nectar
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • chilled apple cider

Recipe: Mix mango nectar and lemon juice in glass. Add chilled apple cider to fill glass. Stir.

Serve: Champagne flute or tall glass

Christmas Time is coming


  • 1/2 cup lemonade
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • dash club soda
  • ice

Recipe: Add ice to bottom of glass. Stir in lemonade and cranberry juice. Add a dash of club soda to the top.

Serve: Tall glass

The famous Sex in the City – Cosmo Mocktail Recipe


  • 1/2 cup lemonade
  • 1 Tablespoon raspberry syrup
  • splash of fresh lime juice

Recipe: Pour lemonade in glass. Mix in raspberry syrup and a splash of lime.

Garnish: Wet the rim with a lime wedge. Coat with pink sugar.

Glass: short glass

Oh I wish I was in Hawaii -Mocktail Recipe


  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice
  • crushed ice

Recipe: Place crushed ice at the bottom of glass. Pour ingredients, stir, and serve.

Garnish: Float a thin slice of pineapple on the top of the glass.

Serve: Tall glass
